AT THMC Develops Unique Human Resources Program Branding Strategy

Bristol-Myers Squibb, a global leader in health and personal care, sought to position itself more aggressively as a company committed to pursuing innovative work processes that promote employee commitment, creativity, quality, teamwork and productivity through a Work Redesign and Flexible Work Options initiative. A unique communications solution was developed by THMC to help insure the success of this program. In addition to developing the interactive Intranet/Internet site architecture, navigation and graphic design, THMC branded the site with a more memorable name; Flexwork Options. The integrated design solution communicated the initiative internally and externally through both offline (print) and online vehicles.
